Well It's been nearly 4 weeks without a single drop of coke or any soft drinks/sodas. I also have not had any McDonalds, KFC, Subway or Oportos. This is fairly big for me, as I said previously, but I am really enjoying this new challenge. Since my teens, I have always eaten whatever I felt like (which was almost always fast food) and I don't think I have ever been on a diet, which I have gotten away with until now. I've been worried about my health and eating habits since finishing highschool, especially studying and being in a job where I am constantly sitting at a computer.... I'm not even forced to do school sports anymore. lol. So finally I am starting to take care of my body and health. I am working on eating right first, with the next step being exercise. eek.
I would be interested to know what peoples view on healthy eating and living is...
do you go to the gym or exercise regularly? and do you watch what you eat?in other news:
saw Iron Man at the cinemas the other day. I was pleasantly surprised.
It was a good watch and found myself saying "SICK!" out loud a few times when Iron Man was flying and discovering his capabilities. lol. The bit with Samuel L Jackson after the credits was lame.
seeing Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull in a few hours
weeeee!!!! so excited. Don't fail me, Speilberg!
college is lame and work is good.
the place where I work is finally making themselves a website. In the 3 years I've known about them, they have had the same holding page
Anyway, I'll let you know when it's up. I'm not designing it but I have had a hand in on some flash stuff. Nothing you could really pinpoint though.
7 months til graduation. weee. lol.
